Jurassic Kingdom is located in Kagoshima Park, within Burswood park. Burswood Park has some wheelchair accessible pathways. These paths will have some access to the Dinosaur Exhibits and attractions, but not all of them. A wheelchair accessible map will be available on request.

Hearing or speech impaired customers can call the National Relay Service on 133 677 and ask for 08 9361 4475.

Translating and interpreting services are available by calling 131 450.

Burswood Park itself is a fully accessible public park with a network of pedestrian pathways, including the heritage trail, are fully accessible, and that all toilet facilities and drinking fountains throughout the park provide access for people with a disability, as outlined in the Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP).
