Terms & Conditions of Purchase & Entry

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By purchasing tickets, attending, or entering Jurassic Kingdom (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • All tickets are sold subject to these Terms.

  • The Presenter reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without notice.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Booking fees, delivery fees and credit card processing surcharges charged by Megatix are separate from the ticket price and are non-refundable.

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific date and session selected at purchase.

  • Guests aged 3 years and over require a valid ticket.

  • Children under 2 years receive free entry only and are not entitled to ride access, inclusions or add-ons.

  • No refunds will be provided for tickets purchased in error for under 2-year-olds.

3. No Refund Policy

  • Jurassic Kingdom does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind, change in personal circumstances, incorrect purchases, missed sessions, adverse weather, queue times, attraction downtime, transport disruptions or customer error.

  • There are no refunds if you miss your session.

  • Discounted tickets cannot be changed to alternative dates or sessions.

  • Changes to tickets are not permitted within 24 hours of the session start time.

4. Ticket Changes

  • Any permitted changes must be processed through Megatix by emailing support@megatix.com.au.

  • If you wish to change your tickets, you must purchase new tickets for your desired session (subject to availability) and then apply for a refund request for the original booking. Approval remains at the sole discretion of management.

5. Event Cancellation, Rescheduling & Relocation

  • Refunds will only be provided if the Event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated.

  • If rescheduled or relocated and you do not wish to attend, you must apply for a refund within the earlier of:
    (a) Four (4) weeks after notification; or
    (b) Seventy-two (72) hours prior to the event.

  • Failure to request a refund within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the new date or venue.

  • If cancelled, liability is limited to the ticket price plus booking fee only.

  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Neither Megatix nor Jurassic Kingdom are liable for travel, accommodation or other consequential losses.

  • Refunds may take 7+ business days to appear depending on your bank.

6. Attraction Access & Tokens

  • Admission tickets provide entry only and do not guarantee access to specific rides or attractions unless expressly stated.

  • Certain rides and attractions require separate purchase of ride tokens or additional fees.

  • Ride tokens are non-refundable, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged and will not be replaced if lost or unused.

  • Attraction downtime, maintenance, weather interruptions or capacity limits do not entitle patrons to refunds.

7. Event Variations

  • Jurassic Kingdom reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute dinosaurs, rides, sideshow games, performers, artists and attractions at any time without notice.

  • Programs, pricing, venue layout and capacity may vary.

  • No warranty is given that all advertised attractions will operate at all times.

8. Weather Policy

  • The Event operates in most weather conditions.

  • Temporary closures due to weather do not entitle patrons to refunds.

9. Risk Warning (WA Civil Liability Act 2002)

  • Attendance involves recreational activities which carry inherent risks including slips, trips, falls, ride motion, crowds, loud noises, lighting effects and weather exposure.

  • By entering, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks and release the Presenter to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Nothing excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Conditions of Entry

  • Admission is subject to these Terms.

  • You may be denied entry or removed if intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired, engaging in disruptive behaviour or breaching these Terms.

  • Removal will not result in refund.

  • Late arrivals may not be admitted if the session is sold out.

  • You may be required to submit to bag and personal searches.

  • You must comply with all Government directions and public health orders in force at the time of attendance.

11. Authenticity & Validity of Tickets

  • Entry may be refused if a ticket appears altered, defaced, damaged or was not purchased via Megatix or authorised sellers.

  • Megatix and Jurassic Kingdom will not replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets, including Adventure Maps. No exceptions.

12. Ticket Resale & Scalping

  • Tickets may not be resold at a premium without written consent.

  • Tickets sold in breach of this condition may be cancelled without refund.

  • Resale of tickets in certain circumstances is governed by legislation and may attract criminal penalties.

13. Pricing Errors

  • While reasonable care is taken, pricing or availability errors may occur.

  • Jurassic Kingdom and Megatix reserve the right to cancel affected orders or offer a suitable alternative and are not required to honour pricing errors.

14. Companion Cards

  • Where applicable, valid Companion Card identification must be presented when collecting tickets.

15. Photography & Media

  • By attending, you consent to being filmed or photographed and grant permission for your image, likeness and voice to be used worldwide for promotional purposes without compensation.

16. Personal Property

  • You bring personal belongings at your own risk. Jurassic Kingdom and Megatix are not responsible for loss, theft or damage.

17. Limitation of Liability

  • Except as required by Australian Consumer Law, liability is limited to the ticket price paid (including booking fee where applicable).

18. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to WA courts.

19. PROMOTIONAL PRICING, PREsale and release periods

  • From time to time, Jurassic Kingdom may offer presale, early bird, final release or other promotional pricing (“Promotional Pricing”).

  • Promotional Pricing is strictly limited to the dates, times, allocations and conditions expressly advertised at the time of offer and is subject to availability. Once a promotional period has ended, sold out, expired or been withdrawn, standard or box office pricing will apply.

  • Promotional Pricing cannot be applied retrospectively to prior purchases and will not be honoured after the advertised promotional period concludes.

  • Jurassic Kingdom does not provide rainchecks, extensions, credits or price adjustments for expired, lapsed or sold-out promotional offers.

  • The Presenter reserves the right to amend, withdraw or vary any promotional offer at its discretion without notice.
