  • Jurassic Kingdom is open from Friday 11th April to Sunday 27th April 2025.

    Patrons must select an entry time when purchasing tickets online & entry will only be permitted at the time specified on the ticket.

    DAY ENTRY TIMES

    • 10:00am (entry permitted at 10:00am)

    • 11:00am (entry permitted at 11:00am)

    • 12:00pm (entry permitted at 12:00pm)

    • 1:00pm (entry permitted at 1:00pm)

    • 2:00pm (entry permitted at 2:00pm)

    There are no time limits and patrons are welcome to stay until 4:00pm. No exceptions will be made for late entry’s and everyone must exit at 4:00pm.

    NIGHT SESSIONS

    Night Sessions will run from 6:00pm-9:30pm on selected nights. Entry times will be staggered at 6pm and 7pm.

    All patrons attending a Night Session must exit at 9:30pm, with no exceptions made for late entry’s. Entry for Night Sessions is not permitted before 6:00pm.

  • When you purchase your tickets, you will need to select an entry time i.e. 10:00am, 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm or 2:00pm; Night Sessions are 6:00pm or 7:00pm entry times

    These times will dictate what time you are allowed to enter the venue.

    If you buy a 10:00am entry ticket, you must enter at 10:00am. If you buy a 2:00pm entry ticket, you must enter at 2:00pm etc. If you buy a 6:00pm entry ticket, you must enter at 6:00pm etc.

    You MUST enter at the time specified on your ticket. Early or late entry will not be permitted.

    All patrons must exit the venue by the end of their allocated session time: 4:00pm for Day Sessions and 9:30pm for Night Sessions.

    Note: Jurassic Kingdom will allow patrons to line up 15 minutes prior to the start of their entry time.

  • Staggered entry times are required for patron safety within the venue and also so that everyone can have an enjoyable experience at Jurassic Kingdom.

    The number of patrons that are in the venue at any one time will therefore be limited. As a result, early and late entry will not be permitted.

    Any persons entering later than 30mins for their allocated time will need to purchase their tickets again for the next available entry time.

    Entry will not be permitted for latecomers to sold out entry times.

  • Unfortunately, entry will not be permitted 30 minutes after your allocated entry time.

    ENTRY is not GUARANTEED if you are LATE, so please plan your visit accordingly.

    Any latecomers will need to purchase new entry ticket(s) for the next available entry time at the advertised door price.

    No exceptions will be made and no discounts are offered.

    SOLD OUT entry times will not have door sales available. Entry to sold out sessions will not be permitted, even for latecomers.

  • Tickets can ONLY be purchased online from the 25th February (Presale starts 19th Feb-valid with link only) at jurassickingdom.com.au

    DAY SESSIONS

    Adult or Child Admission Only tickets include entry for 1x Adult or 1x Child Only.

    Adult or Child Admission plus 6amusement rides include entry for 1x Adult plus 6 amusement rides or 1x Child Only plus 6 amusement rides.

    NIGHT SESSIONS

    Adult and Child Admission tickets include ENTRY ONLY. No further inclusions apply.

    All patrons will need a ticket to enter the event. This includes all children and all accompanying adults.

    No Ticket, No Entry.

  • It takes approximately 90-120 minutes to visit all the attractions within Jurassic Kingdom; these include the dinosaurs, various attractions, carnival rides, sideshow games and more.

  • There are no time limits for Jurassic Kingdom.

    Day Session patrons can stay until we close at 4:00pm, regardless of their allocated entry time.

    The park closes at 4:00pm sharp and everyone will need to exit the venue by that time. Please be mindful that if you purchase a 2:00pm entry time, you will still need to leave at 4:00pm. No exceptions and no extra time will be permitted.

    Night Sessions are strictly limited from 6:00pm to 9:30pm. The park closes at 9:30pm sharp and everyone will need to exit the venue by that time.

    No early entry will be permitted for Night Session ticket holders; entry is from 6:00pm or 7:00pm, the allocated entry time on your ticket.

  • Unfortunately not. Once you enter the venue, you are not allowed to enter and exit willingly.

    Once you exit the venue you will not be allowed to re-enter.

    Any unused amusement rides passes are not refundable or exchangeable.

    Unused tokens are also not refundable or exchangeable.

    No Pass-Out’s. No Exceptions.

  • Yes, all accompanying adults have to purchase a ticket to enter Jurassic Kingdom.

    Ticket options are

    1 x Adult Admission Only (Night or Day Session)

    1 x Adult Admission plus 6 amusement rides (Day Session Only)

    Some attractions are not suitable for adults (and some children). Please check the website to ensure all adults and children are able to attend the event and make the most of their visit.

    No Ticket, No Entry. No Exceptions.

  • Child entry tickets are for children from 3 to 17 years of age.

    Children under 3 years of age are free to enter only. However, they will not be entitled to any additional inclusions.

  • Yes, we do accept Companion Cards.

    The Companion Card must be presented by the 'companion’ when entering the event, alongside the paying patron they’re accompanying.

    Companion Card tickets will be issued at the event. No online tickets are available for Companion Card holders.

    Please do not purchase a ticket for the accompanying adult online, as it will not be refunded.

  • Concession and Pension Cards are not accepted for Jurassic Kingdom. No discounts are applicable when presenting these Cards, either online or at the door.

  • Yes, we have organised a series of Sensory Sessions that will aim to create a lower-sensory environment across the park.

    The Sensory Session days/times are:

    • Monday 14 April: 10:00am - 11:00am

    • Tuesday 15 April: 10:00am - 11:00am

    • Monday 21 April: 10:00am - 11:00am

    • Tuesday 22 April: 10:00am - 11:00am

  • A visit to Jurassic Kingdom involves sound and lighting effects, pyrotechnics, music, visual theming, and moving, roaring dinosaurs.

    Our Sensory Sessions aim to create a lower-sensory environment, so that everyone can experience their prehistoric adventure in comfort. This means that, where possible, we will have reduced:

    • Audio & Special Effects

    • Visual Stimulation

    • Fire Shows & Pyrotechnics

    An accessible map showing Low - High sensory zones is also available on our website here to help you plan your visit.

    However, it’s important to be aware that some attractions at Jurassic Kingdom have inbuilt movement, sound and lighting effects that cannot be altered/switched off. These include:

    • Carnival Rides with predetermined lighting and visual effects.

    • Animatronic Dinosaurs with predetermined volume.

  • Children under 3 years of age do not require an entry ticket - it is free for them to enter the event.

    However, they will not be entitled to any other inclusions.

    If a child does not look under 3 years of age & does not have a ticket, the accompanying adult will need to purchase a ticket at the Box Office for the advertised Door Price.

    Online prices are not applicable if mistakes are made. To avoid any confusion and additional costs, we advise all parents to purchase tickets online for children 3 - 17 years of age.

  • Yes, all adults and children going on carnival rides must purchase tokens to gain entry.

    However, please be aware that our rides are generally not suitable for children 3 years of age and under.

    Please check our Carnival page for details and restrictions for each ride. Before you purchase additional tokens for children under 3 years of age (or accompanying adults) please make sure you can use them all during your visit, as they’re NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Our rides have strict height requirements and age restrictions.

    Please refer to the Rides & Games page on the website for the minimum requirements of each carnival ride.

  • Yes. However, adults will need to have purchase amusement ride passes or tokens to accompany children on rides.

    You can ride with your child on the following rides:

    • Dodgem Cars

    • Fiesta Balloon

    • Dream Swinger

    • Storm

    • Cup & Saucer

    • Runaway Train

    Adults are unable to participate in or ride on:

    • Taxi Jets

    • Inflatable Rides

  • No. All amusement ride passes are only valid for the specific time and date of entry. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen, with no exceptions made.

    Amusement ride passes are one time use only, if you do not use all the passes then they are forfeited.

    Any patron found giving their unused amusement ride passes to another patron will have their tickets cancelled and the patron will be immediately asked to leave the venue. No exceptions will be made.

  • No. Your Amusement Ride passes are not replaceable and is your access to the included activities.

    Any lost or damaged passes will not be replaced, with no exceptions made.

  • The only difference between the ticket categories is pricing.

    Presale tickets will only be available to purchase between selected dates, and with the presale link from your email, with limited allocation (they will only be available until sold out).

    Early Bird tickets will also only be available to purchase between selected dates and will also have a limited allocation (available until sold out).

    We suggest getting in early to take advantage of the discounted pricing available during the Presale & Early Bird releases. Once these initial allocations have been exhausted, patrons will need to purchase tickets at the higher price points (Final Release or Box Office).

    Please note that Final Release pricing is only available online and cannot be redeemed at the Box Office.

  • Yes! You can easily purchase additional tokens online or at the Box Office or Ticket Boxes Inside for use on all carnival rides and sideshow games.

    You can pre-purchase discounted tokens & token bundles online in advance. These are available as add-on’s to the original entry tickets.

    On-the-day token pricing will be more expensive and online prices cannot be redeemed.

  • Tokens are valid for Carnival Rides and Sideshow Games ONLY.

    The below attractions require tokens for use:

    • Dream Swinger = 2x Tokens per person.

    • Dodgem Drift II = 2x Tokens per car.

    • All Other Rides = 1x Token per person.

    • Sideshow Games = 1x Token per person.

  • No. Food, drinks, showbags and merchandise can only be purchased via cash or card. Tokens will not be valid for these purchases.

  • You will notice online prices have +BF which indicates a small Booking Fee that is charged by the ticketing agency at checkout.

    +BF does NOT mean ‘plus BEST FRIEND’.

    The Booking Fee amount differs, depending on your order total. Booking Fees cover the cost of the ticketing agency to provide your tickets and are not refundable.

    Booking Fees are managed by the ticketing agency, not Jurassic Kingdom. Booking Fees ar enon refundable.

  • Online ticket pricing differs from Box Office pricing as each entry time only has a limited allocation. Once a particular session time has sold out online, it will also be sold out at the Box Office.

    We encourage patrons to pre-plan their visit and pre-purchase their discounted tickets online, avoiding Box Office queues, higher prices and to avoid any disappointment.

    We are also better able to monitor and control patron numbers within the venue when tickets are purchased online.

    Please note that entry will not be permitted for patrons who do not have a ticket.

  • Yes, tickets can be purchased on the day at the Box Office for available entry times only.

    If an entry times is sold out online, tickets will not be available at the Box Office. No exceptions will be made.

  • No. Once purchased, tickets are NON- REFUNDABLE. Unless otherwise advised by The Trade Practices Act 1974 (the Act).

  • Times can be changed up to 24-hours before your session begins if there is availability and if the ticket category and price is the same. This can be done through your Megatix account, under ORDERS. Follow the link below:

    Any tickets that are not changed 24-hours before the specified entry time, will not be permitted into another entry time. No exceptions will be made.

  • Yes! Please reach out on the Contact Us page so that we can help you find the best solution and available dates for your visit.

  • Unfortunately not. Our dinosaurs are very special and are not built for patrons to touch, climb or handle in any way.

    Please ensure that no children or adults within your group touch the dinosaurs. This will ensure they are kept in the best condition throughout the event, for everyone to enjoy.

  • Yes! The Ticket Boxes at the event will accept both cash and card payments.

    Sideshow Games, Showbags, merchandise outlets and food vendors will also accept cash and card payments.

    Carnival rides accept tokens only.

  • Unfortunately not. While we also love our furry friends, pets are not allowed into Jurassic Kingdom under any circumstances.

  • Yes, Jurassic Kingdom is pram friendly. No responsibility will be taken for prams left at the venue. It is up to the patron to be responsible for their own pram(s) at ALL TIMES.

  • Jurassic Kingdom has a range of food and beverages available including hot and cold options.

  • Yes, small snacks can be brought into the venue. However, eskies, additional seating, picnic blankets and large amounts of hot and cold food are not permitted.

    Alcohol is also not permitted to be brought into the event. Water is permitted and small unopened soft drinks.

    No picnics or large gatherings on the lawn will be permitted at the event. Any patron found doing so will be asked to leave. No exceptions will be made.

  • Limited seating will be available at the venue. Please ensure that all patrons who enter the venue are capable of walking and standing for long periods of time.

  • Jurassic Kingdom is located on 2 hectares of Burswood Park parkland. Patrons will be self-guided through the park to each exhibit and attraction area.

    Seating will only be available within the food truck and chill out zones.

    We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and weather -appropriate clothing. Be prepared for a great day of adventure and exercise!

  • Yes, Burswood Park has some wheelchair accessible pathways. These paths will have some access to the Dinosaur exhibits and attractions, but not all of them.

    A wheelchair accessible map will be available on request.

  • No worries! We are environmentally conscious here at Jurassic Kingdom and prefer to scan tickets off mobile phones!

    Please have either your printed tickets ready for scanning or have the barcode(s) clearly visible on your phone.

    Please ensure your screen brightness is turned up on your smartphone and that the screen is not excessively smashed or cracked.

  • Your safety and the safety of your little one is paramount.

    For this reason alone, we won’t allow you on any of the carnival rides, during any stage of your pregnancy.

    However, you can purchase tokens to play Sideshow Games and take part in many other experiences!

  • Ample car parking is provided for Burswood Park visitors.

    All parking bays are ground-level and free of charge, however, parking time limits apply at two of Burswood Park’s six car parking areas, being the car parks adjacent to the children’s playground and Resort Drive. Time limits apply Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm ONLY.

    Paid parking can be sought at Burswood and Crown Car Parks.

  • Burswood Park is centrally located just minutes from Perth City on Great Eastern Highway.

    Pedestrian Access

    Pedestrian access to the park from the city is available via the Causeway, Boorloo Bridge and Matagarup Bridge.

    Arriving by public transport

    Located on the Armadale/Thornlie train line, Burswood Station is situated on the north eastern end of Burswood Park. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Jurassic Kingdom. Google Maps Directions Link.

    A bus stop is located near Resort Drive, and another near Bolton Avenue for visitors travelling east on Great Eastern Highway.

    Public transport routes and timetables are available on the Transperth website and you can use Burswood Park as your destination.

    Coming by taxi or on-demand transport

    There are no taxi ranks within Burswood Park, however, dedicated ranks are available at Crown Perth. Alternatively your driver may be able to drop you off or pick you up in Burswood Park Car Park which is just a few minutes walk from the entrance to Jurassic Kingdom.

  • No, public transport is not free and is not included as part of your purchased entry ticket.

    All public transport used will need to be paid for by the patron at the time.

    Jurassic Kingdom is not responsible for paying for any patrons public transport costs.
